PKD Connect Conference Attendee Grant Request Form

Apply for financial support to help cover costs to attend the 2026 PKD Connect Conference (PKDCON).

The PKD Foundation offers a limited number of attendee grants to help patients and caregivers attend PKDCON. All information provided in this application is confidential and will only be viewed by PKD Foundation staff for decision-making purposes. The application and approval process is managed by PKD Foundation staff, and all decisions are final.

PKDCON attendee grants will cover:

Conference registration fee for one person
Up to two (2) hotel room nights at the conference hotel arranged via the conference master bill

PKDCON attendee grants are not guaranteed and will be awarded based on identified need and available funds.

The deadline to apply is March 9, 2026. The selected individuals will be notified by March 20, 2026. If you have questions, please email education@pkdcure.org.

Awardees will receive a unique discount code to complete their registration at no charge. Applicants not selected will receive a code to register at the early-bird rate. Registration fees are not refundable.

NOTE: All other travel costs associated with attending the conference are the responsibility of attendees.
