The PKD Foundation offers limited promotional and registration support for eligible Centers of Excellence (COE) community events and resources. To be considered, submissions must be organized by a PKD Foundation–designated Center of Excellence, Partner Clinic, Pediatric Center of Excellence, or Pediatric Clinic, and must qualify as a community-focused offering.

Eligible activities include virtual, in-person, or hybrid events hosted by the care center, as well as PKD-related resources such as podcasts, videos, publications, or similar materials created by the care center. We're unable to support events or resources that duplicate a similar resource currently being promoted by the Foundation or that receive industry sponsorship.

When appropriate, the PKD Foundation may provide promotional support through email blasts, our website’s local community pages, and social media. We may also provide a registration page, if needed.

By submitting this form, your care center grants the PKD Foundation permission to post approved resources on the PKD Foundation website. Whenever possible, requests should be submitted at least six weeks in advance.

The PKD Foundation promotes local community events and activities through a variety of channels, including email and social media. We will review your submission and identify the most appropriate ways to support your event’s promotion. When needed, we can also create a registration page on our event platform to allow guests to RSVP.

PKD Foundation Local Communities also maintain community webpages that are used to promote local events and activities.
